Raspberry Park Avenue Mousse

A luxurious combination of velvety semi-sweet chocolate mousse and rich cocoa sponge, crafted without flour for a light yet indulgent dessert. Iced with a swirl of smooth chocolate ganache, our tart house-made raspberry jam and chocolate rosettes. Raspberries not included, but a good idea to serve with this rich dessert.
