Because our baked products are perishable and made fresh to order, all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
Changed your mind? Non-perishable goods can be refunded within 30 days—just bring your receipt.
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit in the following cases:
You received the wrong item(s).
Your order was damaged during delivery.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Orders not picked up
Items not stored properly after pickup or delivery
Custom orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
