Delivery Information

We offer delivery throughout Toronto and surrounding areas in the GTA through a third-party company... so we can focus on what we do best - baking!  

Delivery Times 
Mon - Friday 12:00 PM- 5 PM * 
Sat  11:00AM - 3:30 PM

* They will do their best to have the delivery there between 12-5, but in this city that can be tricky, so it's possible the delivery will arrive after that time. 

Cut off time: Cut off time to place an order for delivery or pick up is NOON of the day before.

Cancellation Fees: Once the order is placed and needs to be cancelled, a cancellation fee of $7.99 will apply. Changes to date or address will require an additional fee of $2.99; more if the date is changed to a weekend. Cancellations after 5pm of the day before delivery will not be refunded. 

Time of delivery: They cannot guarantee a specific time; only a window, but they get it within that window 96% of the time! If you require your delivery to arrive before 4pm, there is an extra charge and payment must be received the day before delivery. 

Date change: If you wish to change the date of your delivery, they require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours will require an additional fee. 

Wedding Cakes are available for delivery, though additional fees may apply depending on the size and complexity of the order. Delivery fees are based on distance and the specific needs of your order. For example, if your delivery requires more than one person, additional charges will apply.
